Caterina Pilar Palumbo  graduated in architecture  at Politecnico di Milano and completed a second master's degree in museography. After various work experiences, she founded her own  studio thecaterpilar based in Bergamo working mainly on renovations and interior architecture. His design approach is based on creative functionality with a  focus on harmony of shapes and colors as fundamental elements that contribute to living in the most comfortable way.

Caterina won the Sirica Award at the 2015 Architect's Day organized by the CNAPPC. She is Vice President of the Rebelarchitette association, an international platform promoting gender equality for  which she was part of the curatorial team for the Italian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale 2021.

Since 2019, she has had a monthly column about kitchen design on the blog architempore.com and has been co-founder of Blu Botanico since 2020. 

Since 2023 Caterina is Partner at Esposito Roccetti Design Studio working in Bergamo and Milan.

Arch. Virginia Valentini - Francesco Breganze | LATO X LATO. Following the graduation in Architecture at Politecnico di Milano they both completed an international master’s degree in museum design. After some working experience in Italy, they both moved to USA where  in 2016, they opened their first professional studio in New York signing several interior architecture projects. 

Their overseas experience stimulates them to formulate design outside the box but their passion for their roots, for made-in-Italy craftsmanship, and for Italy's rich artistic and architectural heritage are an irresistible draw. 

In 2018 they moved back to Italy founding their own design workshop, LATOxLATO, with an office in Bologna and another one in Vicenza, working with equal dedication from large-scale architectural design to the most minute product detail. 

Since 2023 Lato x Lato is Partner of the Esposito and Roccetti Design Studio in the regions of Veneto and Emilia Romagna

Donatella graduated in Architecture in 2012 'La Sapienza' University of Rome and moved to Florence where she immediately started working in different design studio. In 2013 she started a collaboration with  Guido Ciompi & Partners In 2015, after moving to Cortona (AR), she became a consultant for the prototyping department at Prada Engineering. Since 2017 she has been involved in interior design projects working mainly in Tuscany and Umbria where since 2023 she is also Esposito Roccetti Design Studio Partner.

In 2012, after completing a design research at Gilles Perraudin's design studio in Lyon, she graduated in Architecture at the University of Roma Tre. He enriched his training with a master's degree in Social Housing and then began a collaboration with the Luis De Garrido studio in Valencia. In 2019, after contributing to the realization of several luxury residences between France and Spain, she returned to Italy where he began working as a freelancer, again in the residential field. The combination of her passion for fashion and her passion for interior design, contribute for creating unique and exclusive homes. She loves designing spaces for kids.

Since 2023 Daniela is Partner of the Esposito and Roccetti Design Studio in the region of Lazium.

Simone Barnabei is the Founder and Director of SMN Design, a creative agency with Italian roots and Scandinavian expertise, focusing on creating unique and memorable space experience for commercial and private interiors.

Simone graduated in 2013 at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", and has since worked in four European countries, collaborating with world-renowned brands, such as Acne Studios and Lynk&Co, conducting projects across the globe. His approach to design revolves around pushing creativity to the edge, great attention to detail and innovative usage of materials, all while committed to sustainability and striving to create spaces that are both captivating and environmentally friendly.

SMN Design is currently based in Amsterdam and Rome, and partnering with Esposito Roccetti since 2023.
